Who Tap2scale is for
Tap2scale is made for independent Australian businesses where the customer is standing in front of you at the end of a good experience: cafés, coffee shops, hair and beauty salons, barbers, gyms and studios, clinics, trades and market stalls. If your customers never meet you in person, a tap-to-review card is the wrong tool and we'll tell you so.
How the cards are set up
Every card, plaque and stand is programmed to your review page by hand and tested on a phone before it's packed. In the cart, give us your review link, or just your business name and suburb as it appears on Google, and we'll find the exact page. We only email you if we need to check something. Nothing arrives blank, and there's no setup app or account to create. The cards need no power, no batteries and no Wi-Fi. The customer's own phone connection opens the page.
What Tap2scale won't do
A Tap2scale card opens a business's public review page and nothing else. It doesn't filter who's allowed to leave a review, it doesn't send unhappy customers to a private feedback form instead of the public page, and it's never sold with a reward for leaving a review. Review gating and incentivised reviews both break Google's review policies and put a business's reviews at risk of being removed. Our view is simple: the only way to build good reviews that last is to ask every customer, not just the happy ones.
Tap2scale is not these other companies
"Tap2" is a crowded name and people do mix them up, so to be clear: Tap2scale is not affiliated with, owned by or related to Tap2.ai or Tap2Loyal (loyalty software), Tap2Payments or Tap2Pay (payment processing), or Tap2Access (access control). Tap2scale sells physical NFC review cards and plaques to Australian small businesses, and that's all it does.
